Scale LMS is an online learning marketplace that connects learners with verified tutors for live 1:1 sessions and self-paced courses. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when you register. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts for minors must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to:

• engage in fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misrepresentation;
• harass, abuse, or harm other learners, tutors, or staff;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform; or
• circumvent payment, take sessions off-platform to avoid fees, or scrape data.

Tutors are independent providers who set their own availability, rates, and session content. Scale LMS facilitates discovery, scheduling, and payment but is not a party to the educational relationship and does not guarantee any specific learning outcome. Ratings and reviews reflect learner opinions, not our endorsement.

Prices are shown before checkout in the applicable currency. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by paying you authorise the relevant charge. A platform commission may be deducted from tutor earnings as disclosed in the tutor dashboard. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Where a money-back guarantee applies, it is subject to the conditions stated there.

All platform software, branding, and course materials are owned by Scale Us Technologies or its licensors and tutors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access content for your own learning. You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute any content without permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Us Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time; certain provisions (payments owed, IP, liability) survive termination.
